Whole Wheat Veggie Couscous

How many times have you looked in the pantry and thought “Ugh, I have nothing to quick to make!” Well when is comes to side dishes, couscous is one of the healthiest and easiest to prepare. It’s done in just a few minutes and can be zested up with spices, veggies, dried fruits or herbs to compliment any main dish OR you can add your favorite protein to stand alone as a main course. Here’s a healthy and tasty side dish version I cook up all the time.
